My responsibilities for Dark Kingdom as the Lead UI artist was to establish a look for the front end and user interface. This included working on many iterations of mockups with the AD and designers while working closely with the programmers to recreate the look and mechanics in-game. I also helped develop the game logo with marketing. I created TRC approved UI style guides and assets for all other PS3 titles created in-house at SOE.
Inventory icons were created with a combination of layer styles in Photoshop and hand painted touch-ups of 3D renders.
